Super Resolution Pricing

Choose monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time credit pack. Each upscale costs credits based on the size of your image, the factor you choose and whether Enhance faces is on, and the price is shown before you start. Annual plans issue credits monthly in 12 installments, not all at once.

A standard image, a 1 MP photo upscaled 2×, costs 8 credits, and 4× costs 16. Enhance faces adds 3 credits to a standard image, and larger images or higher factors cost more: a 2 MP image at 2× costs 11. The total is shown before you start.

Yes — every verified account automatically receives 24 free credits each UTC day, which expire at that day’s UTC midnight, so you can try Super Resolution before you choose a plan. Free results are 2× in Photo mode and include a watermark. There is no separate signup bonus.

Paid subscription and credit-pack credits never expire. Unused paid credits roll over and stay usable after you cancel a subscription. Free rewards keep their own expiry rules: for example, the daily free credits expire at the next UTC midnight.

No — you can buy a one-time credit pack with no recurring charge, or choose a monthly or yearly subscription. A subscription adds credits every month and renews until you cancel, while a credit pack adds all of its credits at once and never renews. Paid credits from both never expire.

Open Billing, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so your plan stays active until then.

The paid credits already in your balance stay usable and never expire after you cancel. A monthly plan stops adding credits when its paid period ends, while a yearly plan keeps issuing its monthly credits for the year you already paid for.

Yes — you can upgrade from the Billing page with Change plan, either to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing. The upgrade starts immediately, the estimated charge is shown before you confirm, and the extra credits are added automatically after your payment is confirmed.

Yes — credits are reserved when an upscale starts, and if it fails they are returned to your balance automatically, with nothing to request. You can then try the image again.

Credit purchases are final, and we do not offer cash refunds. Credits are added to your balance once your payment is confirmed. If a result comes out wrong because of a problem on our side, contact us through the Contact page; once we verify it, we will refund the credits that were used.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Link, paid through our payment processor. Card details go straight to the payment processor.

Yes — every purchase has an invoice from our payment processor. For a subscription, open Billing, choose Manage subscription and find your invoices in the billing portal. If you need help with an invoice, contact us through the Contact page.
